Thank you for shopping at Paint by CherHome. We strive to ensure your order is shipped promptly and reliably through our shipping partner, PostNL. Below, you’ll find detailed information about our shipping process, delivery times, and associated costs.

1. Shipping Locations
We offer shipping within the Netherlands, Europe, and internationally. Delivery times and costs vary depending on your location.

2. Processing Time
- Order Processing : Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Processing Delays : In rare cases of high order volume or product availability issues, processing times may be extended. We will inform you of any significant delays.

3. Shipping Options, Delivery Times, and Costs
We use PostNL for all orders and offer the following shipping options:

- Domestic Shipping (Netherlands) :
- Standard Delivery : 1-2 business days
- Shipping Cost : Calculated at checkout based on order size and weight

- European Shipping :
- Standard Delivery : 2-5 business days for neighboring EU countries, 3-7 business days for other EU countries
- Shipping Cost : Calculated at checkout based on order size and destination

- International Shipping (Outside Europe) :
- Standard Delivery : 5-12 business days, depending on destination and local customs
- Shipping Cost : Calculated at checkout based on order size and destination

4. Tracking Information
- After your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a PostNL tracking number. Use this tracking number to monitor your shipment through the PostNL tracking system.

5. Shipping Delays
- While we aim to meet the stated delivery times, delays may occur due to factors outside our control, such as customs processing, local postal delays, or weather. Paint by CherHome is not responsible for such delays, and we encourage customers to monitor their tracking information for updates.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- International Orders : Orders shipped outside of the EU may be subject to import duties, taxes, and additional fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in our shipping fees.
- Customs Clearance : Customs procedures may delay delivery. For additional information, please contact your local customs office.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
- Lost Packages : If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at info@paintbycherhome.com. We will investigate the issue with PostNL and assist you.
- Damaged Packages : If your package arrives damaged, please photograph it and contact us immediately. Documentation may be required to file a claim with PostNL.

8. Incorrect Address
- Providing accurate shipping information is the customer’s responsibility. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur additional reshipping fees.
